How Becoming a Fellow Works

Review the requirements and process before starting your application.

Who Can Apply?

Towing operators, mobile mechanics, locksmiths, tyre and battery-assistance providers, and other suitably equipped roadside professionals operating in Call A Fellow service areas.

You may apply as an individual operator or as a business with multiple vehicles and drivers.

How Jobs Work

  1. A customer requests assistance.
  2. Suitable Fellows may receive a job offer based on service, location and availability.
  3. The Fellow accepts or declines according to availability.
  4. The assigned Fellow provides updates and completes the agreed service.
  5. The job is processed under the approved payment arrangement.
What happens after you apply: Application received → information and documents reviewed → verification contact → approval and onboarding → eligible for suitable job offers. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, job volume or minimum income. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may delay review.

Can I apply with multiple vehicles and drivers?

Yes. Add each service vehicle separately. Businesses may also provide details for multiple drivers.

Can I choose my operating areas?

Yes. Select the areas in which you are able and willing to provide assistance.

Can I accept or decline a job?

Job offers may be accepted or declined according to availability, subject to the applicable Fellow operating rules.

How are rates and payments handled?

Applicable rates and payment arrangements are confirmed during approval and onboarding.

How long does approval take?

Review time depends on application completeness, document verification and service requirements.
