2. About Call A Fellow

Call A Fellow operates a roadside assistance coordination and dispatch network that connects motorists, businesses and fleet operators with available roadside assistance service providers.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Flat Tyre Assistance
• Fuel Delivery
• Vehicle Lockout Assistance
• Mobile Mechanic Services
• Tow Truck Services

3. Service Availability

All services are subject to provider availability, location coverage, weather conditions, traffic conditions and operational constraints.

Call A Fellow does not guarantee that a provider will always be available in every location.

4. Response Times

Any estimated arrival times (ETA) provided are estimates only.

Actual response times may vary due to traffic, weather, location, provider availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

Call A Fellow does not guarantee specific response times.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing may vary based on:

• Service Type
• Distance Travelled
• Time of Day
• Vehicle Type
• Service Provider Rates

Customers will be advised of applicable pricing where reasonably possible before service dispatch.

Payment may be made directly to the service provider or through Call A Fellow depending on the service arrangement.

6. Independent Service Providers

Call A Fellow operates as a coordination and dispatch platform.

Roadside assistance services may be performed by independent third-party service providers operating within the Call A Fellow network.

Independent providers remain responsible for:

• Their equipment
• Their personnel
• Licensing
• Insurance
• Operational activities
• Service execution

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information
• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Provide accurate location information
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle
• Comply with all applicable laws

Call A Fellow shall not be responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information supplied by customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call A Fellow shall not be liable for:

• Service delays
• Missed appointments
• Mechanical failures
• Vehicle damage not directly caused by Call A Fellow
• Loss of income
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Events beyond reasonable control

Customers use the services at their own risk.

9. Website Use

Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorised access to the website
• Disrupt website functionality
• Submit false information
• Use the website for unlawful purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All Call A Fellow branding, logos, content and website materials remain the property of Call A Fellow unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
